Delivery Details
Brass Castle delivers using a combination of our own drivers and a network courier service. When ordering, customers are requested to provide an email address and mobile telephone number so that delivery personnel/companies are able to update recipients of the arrival time for their purchased goods.
COURIER DELIVERY
For courier deliveries to all parts of the UK, we are reliant on the magnificent (but stretched) courier network. They collect from Brass Castle and deliver to the customer the following day. Courier collection from Brass Castle happens once a day and timings vary. Therefore, we cannot say with certainty what the latest order time should be for a next-day delivery. When orders are received into Brass Castle, our staff work hard to ensure that they are dispatched at the next available courier slot – to arrive with a customer the following day. If the order is for an item that Brewhouse staff will have to package fresh, such as a Bag-in-Box or minikeg, then more time may be needed in that preparation. All of which is to say, if you order a Bag-in-Box at 10a.m. and the courier collection from the brewery is 10:30a.m., then we will be very unlikely to have that order ready for that day’s collection. At very busy moments, we will need more time to have orders prepared. You can be assured that we will be doing our best to get the goods that you have ordered to you, in the best possible condition and as quickly as we can.
We do not dispatch or deliver couriered items on a Saturday or Sunday. Therefore, if an order is placed on Friday, it may not arrive with the customer until Tuesday.
If Brass Castle Brewery Ltd receives no communication from you, within 10 days of delivery, regarding any problems with the Goods, you are deemed to have received the Goods in full working order and with no problems.
COLLECTION FROM THE BREWERY
At checkout, there is an option to collect your purchase from the Brewery or Taphouse. If this option is chosen then please advise the Brewery of when you intend to collect, either by email or by using the ‘notes’ section during the checkout process. We usually require 24 hours notice on orders placed for collection. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will not be picked up until the following Monday, so orders may not be ready until Tuesday.
